We love talking with customers but We have an extensive site with many products, many custom made to order so we cannot give price information on the phone. We have limited staff, and since we usually will still need to research our files for details, production folks and/or factory for most answers and reply by e mail, it saves time to receive the request by email. If you have an issue that requires voice contact, we will call you at a mutually convenient time.
